Booking Details

We are offering you a 15% discount on our Best Available Rates. Rates will change depending on hotel availability and the day of the week. For individual reservations, the Room Block can be accessed by calling the Hotel at 760-744-0120 and referencing the Mandy’s Dance Party 2021 Room Block. 

Individual group reservations are subject to a forty-eight (48) hour cancellation period (“Cancellation Period”).  Cancellations received within the Cancellation Period will result in a penalty of one (1) night’s room rate, plus tax.  Individual reservations will not be confirmed without a credit card guarantee.

The discount will be extended 2 days before and after your official event dates, based on hotel’s availability.

This discount can be deactivated at any time, by the Hotel, based on Hotel occupancy. This courtesy agreement is non-commissionable.

*Reservations are subject to the hotel’s availability and prevailing rate. No rooms are guaranteed, and the discount does not apply to Cottages or the Hideaway Suite. Breakfast Vouchers are not included.
