Below is a list of everything included if you hire DJ MandyMixes. Request a Quote/Submit Questions

Services to be Provided: 

  • Party Pumper! Let’s get those feet on the dance floor! (See Mandy In Action HERE)
  • Emcee – Keep your event flowing and on time!
  • Announcements as needed (e.g., housekeeping, dinner is served, etc…)
  • 1- Hour pre-event meeting/walk-thru or phone call with assistance on agenda/event flow (optional).
  • Day-of Coordination with the venue and/or your event coordinator to make sure all is set and flowing as you envision.
  • Buffet Trivia! If you are having a buffet I can ask trivia questions to release the tables for the food line. (optional)
  • Playlist prep (1-4 hours)
  • Line/Group Dances: DJ MandyMixes can teach you and your guests line dances of your choice (optional)
  • Song Request Link for your guests to make requests before and/or during the event! (Optional – and separate from the song choices you will provide)
  • Quick & Open Communication: Get fast replies to all your questions via email and/or text from DJ MandyMixes.

Tickets go on sale May 1, 2020 for the 5th Annual Dance Party with DJ MandyMixes! In the meantime follow @MandyMixes on Instagram and Facebook for chances to win tickets to the dance party every Wednesday in April!

WHAT IS THE DANCE PARTY? The dance party is female-focused fun where friends gather to dance the night away in a worry-free environment! Anyone 21+ is welcome. Please keep in mind this is NOT a singles/pick-up type event. Everyone who attends just wants to dance with their friends. Music from back in the day to today!

***PLEASE NOTE NEW/DIFFERENT THINGS FOR 2020:

We are going back to the basics! Just a simple dance party…no dinner, no swag bar, but maybe some other surprises 😉 Also our new time will be 7pm – 10pm.

DANCE PARTY DETAILS:

DATE: Friday, September 11, 2020 (This might seem like an odd date, but with the Coronavirus many events were re-scheduled and this was the only date available at the venue).

TIME: 7pm-10pm **NEW TIME** *PLEASE ALSO NOTE: Doors close at 7:45pm so my volunteers can also enjoy the evening. Please arrive between 6:45pm – 7:45pm.

PLACE: The Lakehouse Hotel, 1025 La Bonita Dr, San Marcos, CA 92078. NEW ROOM! We will be in the Pavillion room with a beautiful view of the lake! SEE MAP HERE to see how to access the room/where to park on the property.

THEME/ATTIRE: PINK! Not a fan of pink? Wear black, white or silver! DJ MandyMixes will be in a pink sequin shirt with jeans and sneakers! 😉

FOOD: Lite Bites & Dessert will be provided. DINNER OPTION: Stop by Decoy restaurant on your way in to grab a delicious dinner!

BEVERAGE: There will be a fully stocked bar for you to purchase soda, beer, wine & cocktails. (cash or credit)

CEREMONY SERVICES INCLUDE:

  • All sound equipment
  • Microphones – 2 wireless Handhelds (PLEASE NOTE: I do NOT have lapel microphones, only the handhelds with a stand)
  • Microphone Stand
  • Music as guests arrive
  • Processional Music
  • Recessional Music
  • Any other songs needed

RECEPTION SERVICES INCLUDE:

Services to be Provided: 

  • First 3 Hours of Service (if your event is longer than 3 hours please see next line item of additional per hour fees)
  • Party Pumper! Let’s get those feet on the dance floor! (See Mandy In Action HERE)
  • Emcee – Keep your event flowing and on time!
  • Announcements as needed (e.g., housekeeping, dinner is served, etc…)

  • Playlist prep (1-2 hours)
  • Line/Group Dances: DJ MandyMixes can teach you and your guests line dances of your choice (optional)
