Below is a list of everything included if you hire DJ MandyMixes. Request a Quote/Submit Questions
CEREMONY SERVICES INCLUDE:
- All sound equipment
- Microphones – 2 wireless Handhelds (PLEASE NOTE: I do NOT have lapel microphones, only the handhelds with a stand)
- Microphone Stand
- Music as guests arrive
- Processional Music
- Recessional Music
- Any other songs needed
RECEPTION SERVICES INCLUDE:
Services to be Provided:
- First 3 Hours of Service (if your event is longer than 3 hours please see next line item of additional per hour fees)
- Party Pumper! Let’s get those feet on the dance floor! (See Mandy In Action HERE)
- Emcee – Keep your event flowing and on time!
- Announcements as needed (e.g., housekeeping, dinner is served, etc…)
- 1- Hour pre-event meeting/walk-thru or phone call with assistance on agenda/event flow (optional).
- Day-of Coordination with the venue and/or your wedding coordinator to make sure all is set and flowing as you envision.
- Music for the following but not limited to: Grand Entrance, First Dance, Father/Daughter, Mother/Son, Cake Cutting, Bouquet Toss, Garter Toss, Anniversary Dance, Dance Party!
- Buffet Trivia! If you are having a buffet I can ask trivia questions to release the tables for the food line. (optional)
- Playlist prep (1-2 hours)
- Line/Group Dances: DJ MandyMixes can teach you and your guests line dances of your choice (optional)
- Song Request Link for your guests to make requests before and/or during the event! (Optional – and separate from the song choices you will provide)
- Quick & Open Communication: Get fast replies to all your questions via email and/or text from DJ MandyMixes.
- All sound equipment including my own table/linen, DJ booth black facade and speaker stand covers (View Sample Setup HERE)
